PROM TICKETS ON SALE NOW

You can buy your Prom tickets before or after school from Mrs. Erschen in Room 303 or Mr. Fiorini in Room 139.  The tickets are $25 per ticket through April 27th and then after this date they will be $3o.

INDIAN ATHLETES SIGN FOR COLLEGE

Both Megan Masching and Colton Walsberg signed their National Letter of Intent recently to be student-athletes at Eureka College. Colton will be playing football and Megan will be playing basketball. Congratulations to both of these student-athletes!

UNIFIED BASKETBALL TEAM WINS IHSA DIVISION 2 STATE CHAMPIONSHIP

Congratulations to our Unified Basketball team for winning the IHSA Division 2 Basketball State Championship. They played for the championship on Saturday at the Peoria Civic Center.

“FIDDLER ON THE ROOF” PERFORMANCES THIS WEEKEND

The PTHS Drama Club and Fine Arts Department will present the musical “Fiddler on the Roof” this weekend, March 16-18, in the PTHS Auditorium. Performances are Friday and Saturday nights at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday at 3:00 p.m.  All tickets are general admission and are $6.00 for students and $10 for adults.

BOYS BASKETBALL TEAM WILL PLAY IN IHSA REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

The boys basketball team will be playing in the IHSA Regional Championship game on Friday, March 2nd at 7:00pm.  Come out and support your Indians as they play Herscher at Herscher.

WINTER CHORAL SHOWCASE SUNDAY FEBRUARY 25 3:00PM

The PTHS Choral Program proudly presents its Winter Choral Showcase Concert: “Billboard & Broadway!” on Sunday, February 25 at 3:00pm in the Auditorium! Enjoy selections from the Concert Choir, our two women’s ensembles Bel Canto and Cantabile, our Men’s Choir and Vocal Jazz Choir Route 66!  Come and hear some of your favorites such as “Doo Wah Diddy!”, Dolly Parton’s “Jolene”, The Beatle’s  “In My Life”  as well as music from the animated movies “Moana” and “Mulan”.  and much more. You’ll also hear songs from some of your favorite Musicals like “Ragtime!”, “Mary Poppins”, “Wicked”, “The Civil War”, “Mathilda”, “Rent”, “Company”,...

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 15TH

We welcome our parents to Parent Teacher Conferences on Thursday, February 15th from 3:30pm – 7:00pm.  The school will be open for parents to circulate the building and have brief conversations with the teachers.  We use an open house format so no appointment is necessary.  Please come when it is convenient for you!

CONGRATULATIONS PTHS SCHOLASTIC BOWL

The JV Scholastic Bowl won 2nd Place at the Roanoke Benson JV Invitational Tournament Saturday. Team Captain Clayton Haase won 2nd Place on the all tournament team. The JV team’s current record thus far this season is 14 and 2.
